The following items MUST appear in your article.

  • Event location - City / State / Country. (where applicable)
  • Date and time - When the event is happening.
  • Who is involved - Event sponsors, groups participating, etc.
  • Event fees - Does it cost money to get in? Do you need a ticket in advance?
  • Contact information - Who readers should contact for more information. This will be PUBLISHED.
